About a week and a half ago I changed my default royalty ad I clicked the box that said to update existing products. It said changes are made on the 20th. Today is the 21st and all my sales are still at the old royalty rate.
Same here. Decided to lower royalty on all my former best-sellers to 5% to maybe get back the marketplace ranking I lost after cover photos got priority. Unfortunately we just have to wait. Since Zazzle only allows us to update once a month that means there’s a massive number of products to be updated which often takes days. Shame they don’t allow us royalty changes twice a month instead since updates would probably be much faster.
Same issue for me, none of my royaltie updates (for the previous 30 days) has been applied. When I go to “royalty information” in the products I can see the “current royalty” and the new required royalty still pending.
I have the same issue; I set a new default royalty rate of 14.5% on 10 July.
I made sure to enable the ‘apply to all existing products’ checkbox, before hitting the update button.
Since then the default royalty rate listed in my account details is correctly listed as 14.5%.
However, my shop products are still listed at the old rate (12.5%).
I also note any new products I create are set at the old rate by default.
I published it by accident at the old royalty. Then when I tried to manually change it to the new royalty in edit details, it didn’t update as far as I know. I have a customer ordering them in the next hour, so I hope the new price will go through in time.
Some of my recent royalty payments are incorrect. The updated royalty rate (mid June) is reported correctly, but the royalty is not calculated correctly. Should I send a ticket to customer service?
