Royalty change went through for a couple of products but remains the same re the rest

I changed my royalty settings for ALL products on the 6th Sept and the change went through successfully as per the little ‘success’ message that pops up. I saved a screenshot too, so I didn’t forget I’d made the change.

I noted today 2 sales at the new % but the rest are defaulted to the old % and the old % royalty shows on all products in the backend.

I’ve reported the issue directly, but wondered if anyone else affected?

The changes usually have  taken effect on the 20th of each month, sometimes a day after that. Today is the 19th, so maybe you will see the changes for yours tomorrow? Possibly z has changed the update time/method and not said anything about it….

Thank you, weirdly I have products that sold from the 17th going through at the new % …  but it’s random not site wide, I’ve noticed a few more.

You are right, that is very weird. Maybe z has changed their own “once a month around the 20th” rule.
