I’ve noticed that my royalty earnings and sales data haven’t updated for the past 5 days. Normally, there is at least some level of activity or reporting movement, but currently there are:
no new royalty updates
no sales notifications
no visible changes in the earnings dashboard
Additionally, my latest payout has already been processed, but the balance and reporting sections do not seem to reflect this correctly.
I’m aware that reporting delays can occasionally happen, but this seems longer than usual. I’ve also seen a few mentions that others might be experiencing something similar.
Is anyone else currently seeing delays in royalty updates or sales reporting?
I’m still concerned because while a few earnings appeared since yesterday, there was a 4-day period with no recorded orders or income updates at all , which is highly unusual for my shop activity level.
Also, the previously paid-out royalties are still showing in the balance , as if they haven’t been cleared, so the numbers don’t seem to reflect the actual state.
Because of this, I’m worried that some earnings during that period may not have been properly tracked or reported.
Could you please confirm:
if there was any known delay or issue in reporting earnings over the past few days?
and whether all transactions from that period are now fully processed and accounted for?

Mine too ! the previously paid-out royalties are still showing in the balance , as if they haven’t been cleared , it’s been like this since after 15th , it never updated …
@Joanna i think im having this problem now. Yesterday I did awesome in sales but a few days prior and today I’ve had no to a slight trickle of sales. I’ve never seen this happen before and I joined another thread of someone having the same issue. Can you please check into this. Thank you.
