Recently i sold a digital download of one of my products . I set my Royalty to 90% and got a sel referal.
i think i should have gotten atleast 8$ but ended up getting around 4$ . what could be the issue here?

@sanainvi If you click on the eye icon Zazzle will give you the details including the referral part.

Mom is correct. You will see all the deductions from your Royalty after clicking the eye. Zazzle’s marketing fee can be up to 50% of your initial Royalty amount.
Digital downloads have unfortunately been like this since April 1, 2025 when the changes were made. You can only earn up to a certain % amount between the royalty and referral combined. I had brought this up from the start, and sadly nothing has changed. I don’t think it’s fair that we are punished for referring. The only way to receive your full royalty on digitals is a ‘None’ order.

isk what even zazzle is upto. That kind of policy???, ain’t making any sense to me!!
