Royalty on Glow in the Dark Ping Pong Balls not Calculating Correctly

At 10% the royalty for glow in the dark ping pong balls is showing as $0.30 in the back end edit details - Royalty Percentage

Am pretty sure it should be calculating at $0.35?

Unless I’ve caught it in the middle of a price drop perhaps?
