Royalty on New Samsung Cases not Changing

Good Morning and Happy New Year
When I create new Samsung cases that were just released the royalty doesn’t change and the total price of the product doesn’t change. Is this a glitch or do they have a set price?

They are Zazzle’s value case which is set at 5%. It used to show that the royalty was set at 5% but it no longer does.

Does Zazzle set 5% royalties on other budget/value items? Was that information conveyed to designers when the new Samsung cases were announced?

All the Zazzle Value iPhone cases I’ve designed were set to 5%. I might have missed an announcement if they’ve decided to change it.  SHRUG

Hi all,

The team have confirmed that there should be a 5% royalty cap for the cases and are looking into the issue now.
