Royalty Rate not being saved

I just realized that my changes to my royalty rates on product are not being saved.

Hey ChromaMaven,

Our system shows you made changes on 10/14/2024.

You can change your royalty at any time, however, our system will aggregate all the royalty changes made in your account and apply them to your products once a month. This will take place on or around the 20th of every month, with the exception of our peak holiday season when royalty changes may be paused.

So, I won’t see the updated royalty rate until after the 20th?

i have told them many times that the 24 hour change is not working but they don’t fix it
