I use dlvr.it to automatically post new store content to both twitter & FB, and just noticed today my RSS feed hasn’t updated since July 20th. Essentially, telling the reader there’s been no new content since then, which is highly inaccurate.
Does anyone know if this is an indexing issue with zazzle, or if there’s any kind of work-around with this?
@CarlaRolfe I wouldn’t know honestly. Mine has updated (yesterday’s product is included) but I’m trying to understand why some (older) products don’t show up in the feed. It’s new land to me and I have still so much to learn, sigh. 
@CarlaRolfe So I have looked a bit more into it. I still don’t quite understand why (or what has happened to trigger that) but I have noticed that the RSS feed didn’t catch my items from 7/20/2024 through 7/24/2024:
I suspect only Zazzle can fix the issue but I could very well be wrong. If you know how to remedy those four missing days please share.
I also suspect only zazzle can remedy this issue. Maybe @Mark or one of the other mods can weigh in on this?
Hi Carla, I recently integrated rss feeds from my Zazzle store on my website, and at the beginning they seem to never update, so I searched in the forums and found an old post where someone said to avoid using the url with “feed” inside, because it’s not updated regularly, but instead, use https://www.zazzle.com/store/reflections06/rss, you will see that your latest creations are here, updated as frequently as your public store.
