I’ve been having trouble with this for several days now, and have finally decided it’s not something I’m doing, but must be a technical issue.
I’ve been trying to create rubber stamps over the past several days.
The first I set for sale on 12/12, and was successful with. I got an email saying my Zazzle products had been posted for sale. The product shows up in my backend, and front end.
The next I’ve set for sale don’t show up in my front end or back end. I received no email. The only way I can get to the products is by going to my browser history and finding the page that I got once I set the designs for sale ("Congratulations…)
I’ve gotten congratulations screens for two designs that aren’t showing up in my front end or back end and that I didn’t get emails about:
Can you see these designs? Can you help me figure out why they aren’t showing up for me? (I checked an old out-of-date shop I have—but they weren’t somehow posted there.)
If they are showing in your saved designs - you need to complete them and post for sale. You would not receive an email unless they’ve successfully found their way to your store.
The browser history could be for the original (if you used that as as basis for your next design)
if they are not in your backend - they’re not in your store
Check your saved designs - they’ll be there I’m sure
I checked again to see if they were there. Unfortunately, they’re not there. The rubber stamps in my “saved” designs aren’t the same designs.
Also, the Congratulations screens I received were definitely for the products that I’ve linked to above. I’ve got them in my browser’s history, and they are definitely congratulations for those products. Each congratulations screen links directly to the products I’ve linked to above. In fact, the only way I can find them is from linking from those Congratulations screens from my browser history.
But it looks like you might have to post them for sale again. If you’ve over written them with new designs it could be a glitch in the system and they were not fully processed before you edited them with your next designs if you see what I mean
