Sales cleared for 15th Nov payment are still showing in ‘total balance’

Is this the case for everyone?

Yep! For me, the 5th is the latest it has still shown up in ‘total balance’ so perhaps in a few hours it will change…

It’s probably just because it’s a weekend that it’s a bit slower this month.

Yes, I have noticed that as well.  Been that way for a few months on mine.  But it usually gets sorted out and payment comes on time so I haven’t fretted to much about it.

Same. It looks as if it’s still accruing but I thought it was because of the weekend?

Has it changed? haven’t been paid last month even though I met the threshold last month.

Did you contact them to find out why? There might be an issue you’re unaware of so always good to reach out to their team. I hope you get it resolved.

Apparently, the last time this happened it resulted in people not being paid on the 15th? I hope that is not going to be the case again?

I’m glad I’m not the only one to notice this. I went back several pages and July 2020 was when it was processed after the 5th, on the 6th.

Hi there! The “Earnings Summary” page shows the amount of my “Current Total Balance.” It’s already the 7th day of the month, yet no amount is showing under “Pending Earnings.” Is this normal? Is there something wrong with my account? Is there anyone else having this concern? I hope someone can shed a light on this.

Everything is ok with your account. For many people it is not yet clear whether and how much we will be paid out. There is also discussion about it on FB. We are not alone with this problem

Seems like it is all of us… I emailed Zazzle support but I suspect they are probably receiving quite a few emails about this…let’s see what happens!

I just emailed support about this. My earnings haven’t been sent to pending yet either.

Just adding in that its the same for me and two friends still today, so I think its sitewide. Hopefully no delay in payment..
