Same product purchased and cancelled repeatedly

Hello,

I’ve had the same product purchased and immediately cancelled at least 12 times in 2 months.
It is a contour sticker.  All different customers.  

Has anyone had this problem?

Never mind!  I see now this is happening to others.  Maybe tied to stolen credit cards?  I’m going to delete that item.
