Same t-shirt keeps getting bought in large quantity and then canceled?

I don’t even know where the right category for this would be, if this is a reportable problem, or if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

Starting in February, I started getting large quantity orders of 1 t-shirt design of mine and then immediately get canceled. It happened 3 times in February (2 separate days), 2 times in March (1 day), 7 times in April (1 day), & 42 times so far this month (4 separate days).

The reason why I’m bring this up is now it’s starting to get crazy this month. This happened 1 time on 5/5, 3 times on 5/9, 34 times on 5/10, & 4 times yesterday on 5/11. My Earnings & Transactions History is just a sea of red with these cancelations haha.

I would think someone has a stolen credit card # but every day is a different name and location. It’s just all so odd.

Sorry about that see of red. What you’re seeing is fraudulent behavior, and we were able to catch all of it prior to production. In the future, if you see something like this happening then please let us know.
