When I create a flat save the date card of any size and then go to the Post Product for Sale page, there are several marketplace departments available, including two in weddings. See the image below.
I’m really confused about why it works this way. And all of my save the dates keep prompting me to transfer my wedding STD’s _ out _ of the wedding STD category whenever I edit them, so it’s annoying as well. Am I doing something wrong?
Yes, that’s what I have to do, too. And then every time I change the title, it tries to take my product out of that department… 😅 I’m really glad to hear it’s not just me! Hopefully we can get it logged as a bug and fixed.
I noticed that you also have to add it to the collection, from the store, in order for you to add it. If you try to add it from the collection, it won’t find it.
@Scott or other admin, can we log this as a bug if it hasn’t already been reported? I’m still having this problem. I don’t want to repost it again to report it as a technical issue. Thanks!
