Yes, I’m having the same problem! I was working on a few designs, but didn’t publish them because they still needed tweaks, and now they are nowhere to be found!

Same here. I always save after I publish something (because I’m paranoid? lol). Nothing today has saved. Yesterday it was fine.

Hmmmm… perhaps this reinforces my paranoid practice of publishing half finished things as hidden. Then when I finish it I publish the real version as public and delete the hidden one.

Same thing here. The three things I created this evening were not saved? Or saved, but invisible? Frustrating!

I’m having the same problem. But if the new design originated from a published design (e.g. where I’m making a new color version), when I go back to that published design, the window pops up asking me if I want to “Continue your design?”. When I click yes, it takes me to the missing version.

This is what I am experiencing also. The designs DO exist somewhere in limbo, so long as it’s an edit from an existing/published product, but are not appearing in “Saved Designs”.

Same thing for me. However, I found all the designs I started yesterday by going into my browser history and was able to work/publish them. It’s not a proper fix but it will have to do for now

I can publish them but if I try to keep them in saved designs they disappear. Just made another one today and disappeared. Can’t design as long as this is happening. Zazzle needs to address what’s going on.

I am having this problem as well. 
I use saved designs ALL the time because my laptop color display just can’t be calibrated correctly, so I use my phone to determine more accurately what the colors will look like printed. Sometimes I feel like creating but not listing/doing all the metadata. I also like taking a break and looking everything over to make sure I haven’t missed something important!

I’m having the same problem with saved designs disappearing. I’ve been working on an invitation for 2 days and now I can’t find it to complete it. Just did a “test” invitation with one piece of art on it and that invitation is not showing either.

I am having the same problem today. So frustrating!
Over the past 2 days i’ve had almost 60 saved designs just disappear also including current designs for 3 different sets i’ve spent weeks working on. Im almost afraid to click on something and then click back out of it because they don’t save, neither does anything new i’ve tried to create. But I may have found a work around this til zazzle can address this issue. If you bookmark the design you’re working on then open the page from your bookmark it will open your design. Least it does for me. Happy zazzling everyone.

I started working on a Christmas collection and none of my products were saved, I wanted to go back and edit them if needed before publishing.. Not sure do I start all over (don’t want to do this) will the saved products update soon?

I will definitely try this tomorrow. I think I’ll just place a colorful box, then exit and follow your process. Thanks for the great tip! Hopefully this is resolved soon.

Try finding the designs you’ve created in your computer history. Open the pages that your designs are on from your computer history and bookmark the pages. From there you should be able to continue working on them. These steps worked for me so far and the editing does save. The only thing I haven’t done yet with my designs is post them for sale. Happy zazzling.
