I’ve noticed since mid-March the products in Saved Designs I deleted won’t go away. This morning I noticed a few that were successfully deleted in early March have come back. What do you need from me (if anything) to help fix this issue?

I noticed the same thing the other day and wondered if maybe I just thought I’d deleted them. Glad to know it wasn’t me.

I have a couple I’ve been trying to delete for 6 months and they keep popping back in.

I have the same issue.
Most of mine are designs that I was temporarily allowed to make edits (Replace Product) and submit for approval. I believe the changes have already been approved, but they still remain in my “saved designs” area, and I’m unable to delete them.
Another design that I had stuck for a while was one that I tried to do a collaboration on. After I went to the “Collaboration” tab on the messenger area, and deleted the thread related to the design, I was able to delete the design from my saved designs area.
But the ones that were part of the “Replace Product” feature are still stuck.

I’m curious what everyone is experiencing here…
When you go to Saved Designs and delete the product is the product never deleting, or is it deleting then reappearing after you refresh the page, or is it reappearing a day/week/month later?
@LMGildersleeve I just deleted those two products from your Saved Designs. Let me know if you notice them in the future. I’ll check back on them later today.

The ones I can’t seem to delete are 2 that were collaborations. I click “delete” and they go away for a few seconds then the page refreshes and they’re back. I’ve deleted the messages that these were attached to and still no luck.

Hi Scott,
When I delete an item or group of items, it does sort of a double refresh where I see the items disappear from the screen, then immediately reappear a second later. These are all products I’d submitted for “Replace Design” which I believe were approved and public as a regular product now.
ALSO, a collaboration item that I had deleted a few weeks ago, has now reappeared, and I cannot delete it.
If you are able to get into my saved designs, I have been trying to delete anything from 4/11/2022 or EARLIER (so that I’m only left with about 3 random newer items).

This issue is still persisting for me. Is there anything I can do to help, or anything I need to do to help the save designs be able to be deleted?

This issue never went away for me. From 12.21.2022, 3.19.22 to 4.24.2022 30 products will not delete.
It all started when I was submitting products to be edited during the Graduation Select process. My hunch is 29 of those products 3.19.22 to 4.24.2022 are stuck in waiting by those who were reviewing them.

I have 4 new products that are added to the 31 current products that can’t be deleted. I can confirm they are all products that were sent to have date fixes done just recently and during the graduation select process.

I still can not delete any of the saved designs, that have already been approved through the replace product tool.

All of my saved designs are products that have already been approved through the replace product tool. The saved designs go back as far as July 16, when I started using the replace product tool. I can not delete them at all.

My saved designs products are up to 116 today. They are all products in which I requested to be modified.

I have two mugs in saved designs that were replaced products, and as with other people here, the mugs refuse to be deleted. Anything else that was saved can be deleted.
