I’m having two issues with saved designs. Several designs are giving me the “Oops…” message and won’t let me open them even though I closed them properly. So, I created a new design, it didn’t save at all. Totally disappeared!

Not sure when it will be fixed though.
To keep your designs from disappearing - post for sale and hide them, rinse and repeat until you’re happy with the final design then post for sale as normal and delete all your hidden work in progresses (or not)

Well, I did that, but they were being viewed anyway even though they were hidden, so I opened them, marked them as done then deleted the hidden ones. Now I can’t access any of them. 
@Linda_Elky_Ink they would have been viewed by you. Things that are hidden can only be viewed by the designer. Perhaps they were deleted too soon before they had a chance to index.
? I think you are mistaken. That’s the way it’s supposed to work, I’m well aware of that. But I hadn’t viewed them, that’s why I was upset and attempted to created a saved copy and deleted the hidden ones. I checked first to see if others had reported the same problem and it had been reported by others.
This happened to me recently. I resolved the issue by closing out of my browser and relaunching it. It’s worth a shot for you.
Also, I’ve viewed some designs that have received zero views, but my view wasn’t added.
Thank you! I tried signing out of my account, but I didn’t try relaunching my browser. I’ll give it a try.

Okay so all of my save designs reappeared but it was short lived…saved products are gone again.
All of your saved products? Yikes! Mine appears to be only the ones that I saved today.
