Second Request - Christmas Stocking In-Situ Display Issue

I requested this product fix once before several months ago (and so did another Zazzler in a separate post), but the issue has still not been fixed. There are now two issues:

  • The backside of double-sided Christmas stockings do not display any designs on Zazzle’s in-situ photos.
  • The name templates are no longer centered on the stockings. Some text is even running off the edge of the stocking.

Customers are already viewing Christmas stockings in my shop, but not buying them. This led me to investigate why, and I see this issue still has not been fixed and now the text  is no longer centered.

Please give top priority to fixing this problem - and consider opening up the Replace feature for stockings, so designers can fix their designs.

Yes, and a vote for opening up the Replace feature for stockings. Were these stockings migrated to a new stocking at some point?  The display in my store doesn’t match what I see on my Pinterest board.

Yes please! I definitely wouldn’t buy as a customer if those two things were happening… I mean I haven’t even added any stocking designs yet because of it. I have them just sitting in saved designs right now.
