Has anyone had this happen? I had a customer place an order, and I received the self-referral commission. She then canceled because she needed to change something with it and immediately re-ordered. Now the sales show up as “third party” and I lost $40 in self referrals. Something about this seems very wrong and unfair. I’ve reached out to customer service to see if they can re-attribute the referral to me, but, honestly, I’m not sure if I should get my hopes up.

Thanks : ) I posted this under the general discussion before I realized it should have been here, and someone mentioned that it used to happen all the time before the new cookie thing/update. Hopefully I’ll hear back from Z. Will update if they do.
