Self referrals of 28th Aug have not cleared.

Had a couple of self referrals on 28th Aug which have not cleared, though the corresponding royalties have cleared.

Please look into this and do the needful.

This has not been resolved yet. Referrals have stopped clearing.

Hope that august referrals will be paid out in the upcoming payment along with august royalties.

Despite royalties having been cleared through 9/14, all of my corresponding referrals beginning 9/4 have not cleared. The total is not chump change.  Why is Zazzle holding back what we’re owed?
@Fiona can you please provide a response?  You said you “will pass this on” nearly two weeks ago.  We need real answers, and for our earnings to clear.  Clearly this problem is affecting many designers.  The silence is deafening.

I have one from 9/7, which should have cleared by now since I have regular royalties after that which have cleared. I thought it simply needed to catch up, but apparently it’s something more than a simple lag.

I have 19 self-referrals between the dates of 8/28/2025 and 9/15/2025 where the royalty earnings have cleared but the self referral earnings have NOT cleared. Can a mod please explain this and clear these self-referral amounts for payment?

I am going to join the group as I also have a self-referral from 9/11 that still hasn’t cleared, despite all regular royalties clearing.  @Fiona said this would be passed along on 9/30 - 15 days later the problem still exists and there is no response in this thread.  I spoke with customer service this morning and they just had this to say:

“There is a known issue with referrals clearing currently. It has been raised with our engineers so the issue should be resolved shortly.”

I guess we just keep our fingers crossed.  Seems it’s been around 45 days and counting since it started.  Good luck everyone.

Joining as well to say I have 32 referrals between 8/27 and 9/15 that have yet to clear. This is quite a lot being held back. Hopefully it gets resolved soon—if we are being pushed to market more it’s hard to stay motivated if we aren’t receiving the earnings from these efforts.

I have 6 self referrals from the end of August through September to be cleared. And I have several this month which may take longer to clear.
