Hi all I made a product in my store and it’s not showing sold items or views to product, it says zero even after people showed me they purchased
There can be a delay of a few days for views to show up. Maybe this applies to sales also.

I just checked your store, which shows no products, and clicking on the Products tab produced a 404 error. When did you start putting products in the store, and are they all set to “Public”?
I came here to search for a similar issue… I just bought a couple Christmas cards from my own store. The first order, I selected the “deduct from earnings” option. It never showed as a sale. The item I bought was a new card I just made and it still says zero sales even though I bought it…
The second order, I bought a different new card I just made, but this time I bought it via credit card (not deducting from earnings)…and that also does not show as a sale.
And to be clear, I am not talking about getting commission or referral or anything - just that the quantity on the item sold does not register as being sold. I have bought a couple things in the past - about a year ago - that did show as a sale, so I don’t know what changed. Anyone else know or have this issue?
Probably 12 hours ago. They won’t show up in products or store/
You may have to wait for sales to show up. Such things for me can show up as late as 24 hours afterward. Maybe more. All of it requires indexing, which has been slow for quite a while. Views have recently been behind as much as 2 days.
I think this is all tied to the indexing issues. I think it will update in the next few days if it hasn’t already.

I haven’t gotten any views in 8 days. Before that I was getting all kinds of views and purchases. Something seems wrong.
Moderators have said engineering is aware and working on this issue.
