Shop Name No Longer Showing

A search of the Zazzle marketplace today no longer displays shop names when I hover product thumbnails. Is this a new change or a technical issue?

It’s very helpful to buyers to be able to find products from their favorite shops.

Has anyone else noticed this change or glitch (whichever it is)?

Yep - I’ve noticed it. I think it’s expected behavior now they’ve added the ‘save 20%’ overlay which stops you being able to hover and see which store that the design belongs to

I hope that it’s only temporary.

Zazzle seems to be putting less emphasis on designers now, with removing this feature, and with only putting the Zazzle logo on the backs of cards.

I’ve noticed it & don’t like this new change one bit.

I hadn’t noticed. I hate it. First they took it off the “other products from this collection scroll” under a product, then from all the different sections on the personalized homepage which I did enjoy looking at. Now it’s gone from the MP too. Uggh. Not feeling like explaining all the reasons I hate it now, maybe later outside of the Tech forum where they don’t want extra discussion.

I don’t like this change, either. The designer/shop name is also not shown when I click on a product until I scroll all the way to the bottom of the listing—removing nearly all credits to the designer.

Really? I still see it at the top, under the price and the title. Are you maybe talking about from a mobile?

Jill, @ColsCreations   is right. underneath the name next to the stars you’ll find in smaller print the name of your shop.

I agree with others this is a little disappointing. I suppose there has to be some reason the removal of our stores’ name in vital places such as the back of cards and the MP etc. but it would be nice to know why.

Yes, I was viewing from my mobile.

Maybe so we can’t see how the same few favored designers are always featured on the first pages? Now we have to contend with not only Editor’s Picks, but “Zazzle Select,” “Overall Pick”, “Bestsellers,” etc. Everything except for an organic search that would allow a fair playing field for everyone.
