Size change on product page of mug removes text in the mockup

I wanted to download the 11oz mug mockup to make a cover photo and noticed that when I change the mug size it removes the name from the mug.  It still shows the personalize button and the name is there, but it disappears from view for some reason.  It doesn’t seem to be happening on other mugs. 

At first I thought that it was just too close to the bottom and cutting the name off, but I checked in the design tool and the text box is above the green dotted line, BUT the text box within the design tool is also empty so it seems to be some kind of glitch or bug with this mug.

The name is still there, it just got pushed up into the artwork so it’s hard to see it. Maybe try making a new version for the smaller mug?

The design proportions for the different size mugs are different, so the designs will never look the same if you carried them to the edge.

Wow.  I guess I really am crazy.  I checked and checked and did not see it.  Thanks.  That explains why it only happened on this mug.  :roll_eyes:

I will make another one on a different size.  I usually do but I’ve been trying to not do that because it feels like I am just putting out doubles of the same thing, but there is always a placement issue when there are multiple product options.

I just thought the issue here was the text was actually disappearing.  So embarrassing…

That is why I usually make it on the other size option as well, but this time I thought I could get away with it.
