Size is not maintained when transferring from Foam Core Board to Poster

I’ve been noticing for a while now that if you transfer a design from a foam core board to a poster, instead of maintaining the same size, it shrinks it down so it’s TINY. For me this is just an annoyance when transferring designs to make them available on both products, but for customers it’s a bigger problem.

Today I got an order that was transferred to a poster, and the price seemed really low to me. So I tried it out myself, and the system took a foam core board that was originally 22.5" x 30" and created a poster that was 6.56" x 8.74"! I can’t be sure exactly which size the customer ordered, but even that tiny size had a price lower than what they paid. At that size the font is around 5 point - they’re gonna need a magnifying glass to see it!

Just FYI - I’ve been working on transferring more designs and they’re not coming out tiny any more - it actually gave me a bigger size than the original, but they’re still not the same size as the foam core board was.

Gah! Just found some more that are coming up tiny - from the same collection as the link I originally posted.) So I don’t think it’s changed, it just seems to be random what size it will pop up on the transfer. (I mean I’m sure there’s some rhyme or reason to it, just not anything I can figure out!)
