Sizing update for canvas prints, foam core art, and posters

Hi Creators,

As part of streamlining our canvas prints, foam core art, and poster lines, these products now come in standard sizes only. This is already in effect in the marketplace.

If you have a design published in a non-standard size, it needs to move to a standard size to go live again. Posters are a bit different: a few standard sizes have also been discontinued, so even some previously standard size poster designs may need an update.

You can check the “discontinued” filter in the back end of your Creator store to see if any of your listings are impacted.

To update a design:

  1. Go to Actions > Edit Details > Change Options

  2. Select an available standard size

  3. Your product republishes automatically once you save

I’m confused about the 40x40 size on posters. It’s showing it in the list of sizes, but when I choose that size it says all of the paper options are discontinued. Is that size discontinued or not?

The only square sizes available are the 12x12, 16x16 and the 24x24. The lists haven’t been updated yet. Some sizes in the lists aren’t available anymore.
