Small glitches in collections shown on product pages

Hurray, I’m finally seeing the new product page layouts ya’ll have been talking about! They look fantastic! 

I’ve notices a few small glitches with the cross-sell style collections shown on the product pages.

Firstly, for some reason grocery-style tote bags (that are wedding party member accessories) aren’t showing up in the collections shown on the product pages. They are assigned to this department: Weddings > Gifts & Favors > Wedding Party Gifts > Bridesmaid Gifts. See this collection as an example.

Secondly, when you are viewing this same collection from one of the product pages, if you drill down on the sticker styles to see all three styles, you’ll notice there are three sticker options shown plus a strange ‘Gift box’ as a bonus. This gift box doesn’t show up under stickers in the collection management area … as a matter of fact it appears in the ‘Gift Wrapping’ slot, which seems kind of a weird place for it too.

The department I used for this product is Weddings > Gifts & Favors > Wedding Party Gifts. The 'Gift Wrapping slot is supposed to be pulling products from Crafts & Party Supplies > Gift Wrapping Supplies. This poor box is obviously looking for a home!

Next, there is a small problem with the totals listed under the product page collection thumbnails. I have noticed several collections that have totals like ’ Showing 41 of 40 products’. That’s quite an accomplishment …lol.

@Baylee  I’ve noticed when things are out of stock - they don’t appear. Could this be the case for the grocery bags? they have the ‘Sorry, this product is completely sold out’ on the product page (cross fingers they’re not being discontinued)

Thanks for pointing that out @Sara_H . That makes sense, … I totally missed that heads up on the grocery totes.

@Baylee  the ‘Showing 41 of 40 products’ could relate to the missing grocery tote - it’s in the collection but not available to purchase?

hmmmmm … that could be it. Kind of a strange way to keep track I reckon, but it’s certainly possible in Zazzle world.

Now if you could just figure out why my  "Gift Box’ keeps wandering around, I’d be able to close this thread..lol. 😁

@Baylee  I have seen my cross sell collections magically change order from the “recommended” so perhaps it’s intentional so that customers see all the collection parts randomly? Unless you decide set them in stone with a custom group? I don’t really know :joy::rofl::joy:
