@PennyDrop that’s really bizarre how it’s flipped. Did you flip any of the singular pngs with the the groups when you were designing? Perhaps it got confused
I didn’t flip the design which is why it’s so strange. I actually decided to copy the design and paste it into a new pair of socks just to see if it would resolve the problem but it didn’t. Very puzzling. Thanks for your suggestions, I’m feeling confused too
There is definitely something messed up with the previews.
I added a square element to the “Left Sock” design layer and copied/pasted to “Left Calf Side” design layer.
On both types of sock styles, the previews show both the squares elongated to rectangles, and the scale between the two design areas is also way off as the shapes aren’t even close to being the same size as each other as they are in the design tool.
I tried some actual images which clearly point left or right to see if they were getting flipped in the previews but they weren’t. So couldn’t duplicate that issue.
I think the design editor has a real problem managing your png files, but I can’t understand why. I tried to keep only one guitar and make different actions on it, but the problem still remains. The strangest behavior is with the cropping tool as you can see on the screenshot below. The corner squares are oriented as if the design was not in the guitar zone but outside its central rectangle in a bigger zone:
I think your design triggers a side effect in the editor, and I’m really not surprised given the amount of changes implemented recently in the editor, the speed with which they are put into production and the little testing carried out by the Zazzle teams.
Thanks so much for looking into this Sara_H, Fantabulousteff and ColsCreations. Its beginning to look a bit more like a glitch than me, which is nice. I’m sure the solution is out there somewhere
The preview with the dummy feet in the socks doesn’t seem to be displaying correctly? I have an emblem on both the right and left calf side of the sock, but it doesn’t display?
