It is August 10, and the same issue is still showing.

same problem with pocket journals. States sold out, not discontinued. shortbread cookies still have the same ongoing issue

There has been no update on this issue yet. I have asked the team for an update now. I will let you know if there is anything of note.

I have to admit this issue is EXTREMELY frustrating and annoying. I have the same issue with so many different products. I waste time making new designs because it only says this “color” is sold out. Then I find out they’re completely discontinued.   Or else I delete a bunch of items because they’re “discontinued” and it turns out they’re only sold out.  This has been going on forever. PLEASE ask the team to put a RUSH on this issue. If the designers don’t even know whether something is discontinued or not, how are the customers going to know???

Still have not received a response. There are multiple products being hidden as discontinued when they are only labelled as sold out in marketplace

may28th watches can be added to the list. Being hidden as discontinued in the backend whereas it states sold out in marketplace
