I am having the same issue. Banners for example, which were made in 4 x 6 are displaying in the default 2 x 1 size. And while I made and and chose the vertical design, they are now shown in horizontal. All banners in every collection are like this. BUT, the issue is only inside collections. House flags in all my collections were sold with the in situ image as the main image. They are now showing the default image, which is not what I want.
I have signature boards which are all screwed up. They default to the smallest 8 x 10, with no room for signatures. By comparison I have them sold in 18 x 24, and displayed in situ on a black stand.
Exactly! I’m having problems with my foam boards & table numbers when accessed from their collections. (They appear correctly when not accessed through the collection.) Not only do they appear incorrect on the collection page, but also on their products pages. And I can’t fix them to display correctly under “manage products”. The foam board version is also appearing on the product page for the table numbers. And I can’t fix that to display correctly as well.
I just noticed this as well, Many many products like this now default displaying in the wrong size/shape/option - Invitation belly bands, enclosure cards, favor boxes, address labels, and probably more I just haven’t checked everything.
Just noticed this today with my posters and prints! And I have been directing people to my shops because it’s 30% off on posters :face_with_crossed_out_eyes: It’s cutting off so much of the image. It looks like it’s just happening from the links that are shown in collections! I have the same problem with my foam board designs. They’ve all switched to the 8" x 10" size.
My table number designs have switched to the horizontal format instead of vertical, and ‘Ultra-Thick Paper’ instead of ‘Semi-Gloss’.
All these settings are still correctly set up in 'Edit Details/Product Merchandising/Change Options.
Similar issue here with posters and foam core boards. Posters seem to be displaying at 3x4 inches while foam core boards are showing as 8x10 inches regardless of how they were designed/published
Zazzle may want to consider the strong possibility of a CORRELATION between the timing of Zazzle coders adding the pet bandana and the site wide brokenness for sellers in collections and backend products. “Fix one thing break a gazilion.”
