This often happens to me in the evening when everyone is on designing or on the weekend, but it’s been happening to me since this morning. I make a chance and this message pops up. I tried refreshing the page, but no new result. I am on a Mac using Safari. Mac OS 15,6. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

You might have to explain in a little more detail of what and where you’re trying to change something. Are you in the design area trying to change an image, are you in the backend trying to edit details of an existing product, are you in account setting trying to change your address???

I get this all the time at night, too. I didn’t realize it’s because so many people are on Zazzle at that time.

i think we all do – either just wait or sometimes switch to another browser just for the heck of it . . nothing wrong with your system.

I’ve never seen this message…when and where does it pop up for you guys?
I get that when I am in the design tool. I have to X out of the design tool constantly because it’s always freezing, but am not sure that note always appears in conjunction with a full freeze.
