"Something Went Wrong" When Posting Paper Plates for Sale

I keep receiving the error message “Something Went Wrong” when trying to publish a paper plate for sale.

Could this be that they’re recently back in stock and the system doesn’t recognize it?

This was happening to me yesterday. Overnight the items showed up in my store as expected

Why are paper plates still showing as out of stock?

“Sorry, this product is completely sold out. We’ll let you know when it’s available!”

As far as I know, paper plates are still out of stock. Apologies for the inconvenience.

With the big announcement about square plates, etc. I thought they were live. Thanks for the reply.

they were back for a few weeks and now gone again

It is however very interesting that all 4 plate option and the bowl option are all suddenly sold out at the exact same time

I am having the same issue. Yesterday afternoon, when creating invitations and today, business cards. I’m still working on the product, not ready to publish and I received the “something went wrong” message. I’m on a Mac using Safari. I tried refreshing my browser and logging out and back in.

Having similar issue. I am trying to post a wedding seat chart and keep getting something went wrong message :frowning:. Grabbed the saved one and tried again to post but same message. Any suggestions for a work round welcomed…
