I did, although mine was from a “Tiffany Assist” account. I suspect they’re creating multiple accounts in case they get blocked. It’s spam, so people should report it, block the account, and avoid clicking anything.

Hi @gravityx9 Thank you for checking in. Yes, this is a user intending to deceive you unfortunately. Please practice diligence when using features like chat. Like any other online platform, it can be a target for bad players. Zazzle will never contact you via chat in regards to an issue with an order; your store or account. There are identifying labels which will confirm who you are chatting with on the chat interface along with various warnings and links for your safety.
