Is this a glitch?
I want to create a border and when I try to size the square to a rectangle, it is restrained and not editable.
How to fix?

I think you now have to hold down the shift key….

I think that would just keep the proportions in scale. I was always able to select a square and pull the sides out or top/bottom freely.
They changed it very recently, just a couple weeks ago or less. Now you have to hold shift.

How does that work on an iPad?
Personally I’m not finding the new method intuitive at all. I preferred it when pulling the sides or corners would alter the shape however you chose, and shift was to lock the ratio.
