Statistics drop down menu not keeping chosen selections AND instant downloads

Hello!  Is the statistics drop down menu now showing as a new default? It use to be collapsed and we would open. 

Mine is always open.  

When I try to follow directions for drop down - when I choose ALL in the first column and eligible in the second, it does not stay. And I don’t see a pop up to select the %age. 

It is possible it is me not understanding - here is a screen shot of my products page as it shows up all the time now.

If you could take a look at my store and see if I have done something wrong, that would be great. 

I have not had any activity in my account for over a week now - it could also be due to a slow sales month.

Hi @REDTRUCK ,

I believe the dropdown may be disappearing here as there are no products available for selection when you select the “Eligible” filter.
