As you can see, some things I’ve sold wont display the Digital Orders All time, Quantity sold, last date sold even though those boxes are checked. This is happening in all my stores. Thanks for checking into this. Perhaps it is happening to others as well? Also, some things I’ve sold recently are not showing up as recent sales. Also, I’m finding some of the things I sold a lot of are now showing NEVER sold in my store. Hope your having a great day.

@ameliacarrie Going off your screenshot - you’re looking at Printed Stats not Digital Stats
If you press the Digital Stats tab (so it’s white not grey) then press “Enabled” in the Instant Download Settings - it should display all the stats you’ve selected
For the recent sales, the system as it now, doesn’t identify the digital sales separately when you search by Qty sold - I don’t think it ever did (though I don’t have a lot of digital sales so could be wrong about that)

LOL… I have been at this since 2012 and you’d think I would have caught that error. I’m not sure now if I accidentally clicked on digital or not? I do know that when I went back a minute ago sales were showing and everything was normal on it’s own. Thanks for the advice.

I think I hit the digital stats accidentally in one of my stores. Interestingly when I went to my next store, it had digital stats on also. Then, I turned off the digital stats and they were off for all my stores. Then, I turned it on and then all my stores were on digital. I wouldn’t have known that turning it on in one store, made the others switch on as well when you refreshed the web page.
