some of my items are stuck waiting for approvals… I am quite patient but one was submitted in 2023! Any chance you can take a look for me please

I am having tis issue on foil napkins as well. Mine was from mid Jan 2026. Nothing happened with it, so I re-submitted beginning of March. I haven’t gotten any notification of any issues, so not sure what is happening.
I have one design that’s been stuck in the Waiting for Approval mode for several months. It was an item that I used the Replace feature on.
Can a moderator look into these issues and help us resolve them please?
