This is my fourth request to fix this issue. Zazzle’s auto-generated in-situ images display the names off-centered on Stocking templates. Stockings are currently one of Zazzle’s top-searched products.
I am already getting views on Stockings but no sales. This is hurting my Q4 revenue and Zazzle’s as well.
What will it take to get this issue resolved? Please take action to resolve this ongoing issue. I’ve provided a sample below (ignore my cover photo, which doesn’t show the issue—look at all the other auto-generated views).
Agree it’s an issue that’s been going on for too long.
My Christmas Stockings are also still messed up on the front with the text being off-centered in the viewable images, which is what the customers see, and it doesn’t look good and makes them look defective. It wasn’t like that when I designed them awhile back, and inside the design tool shows them being fine. Please fix this issue. Thank you
