Thanks, Lisa! I followed up via email to the design that I flagged and I think my concern might have been misunderstood. I was told I have to submit a DMCA notice. I’ll try again but if there’s another route I could take with this concern or someone else who could be copied on the email thread, that might be helpful here. Thanks!
@Lea Did you ever get a solution to reporting this? I found some similar designs to mine where they are using my exact titles, descriptions, and tags.

@Malissa - the one I was referring to here eventually *was* taken down but it took some back and forth and me actually submitting an official DMCA take down notice. Even though the description was copied and pasted (and my wording on the product exactly the same), they insisted I had to do that. Pretty frustrating. And currently I’m dealing with another one that I reported almost a month ago and haven’t heard back about. I’ve actually flagged that one twice. The person even used my product description in an Instagram caption.

That is so frustrating for you and such a shameless, obvious thing to do. I wonder if it has any effect on google or z placement due to it causing duplicate content. I guess I will try flagging and reporting it. Thanks!
