Store Categories

Hiya

I have been here now approaching three weeks and I only have two store categories a) RAF Posters and b) USAF Posters.

The RAF Poster category I presume was automatically assigned a cover image and it is showing on my home page, but the USAF category does not have a cover image and therefore is not showing on my home page.

How can I assign this a relevant cover image so that it shows.
