Store Completion Problem

Hi everyone!

I started my shop a little over two months ago approximately and when I started it, I doubled down and worked hard to get my profile and my store completion up to 100%. I literally accomplished everything in a couple days and currently have my profile at 100% and got my store completion up to 95% with a store ranking of Z4. The problem I am having is that I have had the last task complete for two months now and my store still hasn’t registered it as complete. There is no error message letting me know I uploaded bad files, and the files show up where they are supposed to. So for the past two months, my store has been sitting at 95% complete stating that I still need to upload 10 media files when I already have. I can’t wait to get to 100% but my store seems to be stuck. Is it normal for store completion to take this long after the last task has been completed?

Nevermind, I just went ahead and uploaded a few more media designs and shared a few more collections and BAM! 100% completion on both my profile AND my store and am still at Z Rank 4! Now I am happy :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks! And for an added update to the good news, I woke up to my store having a zrank of 5! 

Turns out I think the system was glitching. It was telling me 95% and that I needed to upload media files instead of telling me to share (correctly) 10 of my collections. So I just doubled down on both to be sure and it finally went through. I knew I had 10 media files uploaded 2 months ago for sure, but it wasn’t telling me anything since then about the collections issue until it glitched one time last night and told me but disappeared after I refreshed the page.
