Just discovered that many of my designed and posted for sale postcards are on my public store front in various stages of Un design as if someone was trying to maybe personalize them and quit in the middle of things and for some reason my designs did not revert back to my own original ones. How could that happen? And while it is a lot of cards that I will now have to re-do and re-post for sale, it is not by any means, all of them. So why any of them and why just some of them? And more importantly, how do I get this rectified so that when someone comes to my store front they will not see some half-baked designs and wonder what kind of a designer I am. Hope someone has some answers for me. Also, my store front is showing designs that are older but under the heading of latest designs.
It’s a good idea to show some links to the problem products so the Zazzle mods have something specific to investigate for you.
I am ashamed to say, I do not know how to get an image of these post cards into one of these forums. I do that all the time in the Show Me forum but that works differently. I also jsut responded to you on the Ask A Question Forum. Really appreciate your responding.
I think in your case, it might be a good idea to share the URL for your postcards department. Go to your postcards department and click the url at the top of the search bar and paste that into your forum post. It helps to glance through all of your postcards to see the problem ones mixed in with the good ones. Easy to see at a glance when looking at the whole department.
If you want to share links to specific postcards, you can open the product and click on the share icon (the up arrow in the upper right corner of the product image), then select “copy link” and paste that into your forum post.
DancingPelican, I will try your directions for uploading a link to my postcards. Thanks for the guidance. Hopefully I will be back here soon with a link.
DancingPelican, here , thanks to your directions, is the link to my post cards category:

When I go to look at SOME of these messed up cards by clicking on them, they show up looking correct at that point–but not all do. It seems strange why only some cards are affected and also why SOME when clicked on will appear correct and others still are messed. up when clicking on them. I just would not want customers to see my designs looking like that. If it were just on the back end where only I see them, that would not be as bothersome.
