Every day at the same time I have 2 sales of the 2 same product. 2 hours later these 2 sales are canceled.
This has been going on for a whole week now.
I wonder if it is a real client or a system bug.
Please moderator - check it - if it is a real client, please ban it, because it negatively affects my store. If it is a bug please fix it.

What you are describing is probably neither a bug nor a true customer. It is most likely somebody systematically testing stolen credit card numbers.

i did report at Zazzle support
This has happened to me for years.
I had that happen with one of my products so often I got fed up and deleted the product because ever sale except for one that had happened months before was cancelled and it was selling and cancelling all the freaking time.
