Hi Zazzle, I just received a very strange email and Zazzle’s message system. The message appears to be from Zazzle. Please see the text below.
“Dear seller,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we have temporarily suspended sales at your store. This precautionary measure is necessary due to a recent surge in fraudulent activities. Our main objective is to maintain the safety and security of our platform and ensure a trustworthy environment for our users. To achieve this, we have implemented a new verification system. Once you successfully complete the verification process, your store will be reinstated and you will be recognized as a trusted seller.
To initiate the verification process, scan the qr-code:”
I’m doubtful that this is a real or could be a scam. Waiting for some advice.
Thanks in advance for any help clarifying this for me.
Are you not able to see the message highlighted above the message that warns about spam, scam messages and how to identify genuine Zazzle communications? If this message is not showing, you may need to report to Zazzle technical department.
If it’s not blue or they don’t have a ribbon - it’s not from zazzle or official and more likely a scammer trying to trick you into sharing your banking/cc info.
The email that you get sent is from Zazzle’s auto ‘you have a message’ system but the message will be from a scammer (9 times out of 10 these days)
