Strange increase of traffic from Singapore, China, and Hong Kong

Has anyone else noticed an increase in traffic from these countries? Over the past 30 days, I’ve seen a huge increase in new visitors from Singapore (up 5,000% in the last 7 days and 42,000% in the last 30 days, according to Google Analytics). Similar increases from China (1000%), Hong Kong (9000%). NB: Visitors from Hong Kong are coming via zazzle.co.jp. Phone farms and AI-powered crawlers?

I also just noticed an increas in traffic from Singapore on my Benable page.

I have noticed more from Japan, most have turned pink though ;(

Yes,  I’ve noticed this over the last few days, traffic from Singapore,  China, Angola often shows 2 or 3 users browsing at the same time from those countries.
