Subject: Request to simplify and make the W-8BEN form process more transparent

"Hello Zazzle Team and Community Members,

I am a creator, and I want to share some difficulties I have been facing while submitting the W-8BEN form. On other print-on-demand platforms like TeePublic and Amazon Merch on Demand, the verification and tax form submission process is very smooth and gets completed smoothly on the first attempt.

However, here on Zazzle, whenever the W-8BEN form is rejected due to an error, we only receive a generic message stating that revisions are needed. It is not clearly pointed out which specific section of the form (such as address matching, Part II Line 10, or the tax rate) contains the mistake.

Unless it is explicitly specified where the error lies, it becomes very difficult for creators to fix it and get the form approved.

Please make this tax form process easier, similar to other print-on-demand platforms.

I completely agree. The process would be much easier if Zazzle clearly indicated which part of the W-8BEN needs to be corrected.

I would also add that the processing time should be improved. Even after submitting the corrected form, having to wait weeks or even months for it to be reviewed and approved can be very frustrating for us.

It would be great if Zazzle could make the process both more transparent and much faster, with clear information about what needs to be corrected and a reasonable turnaround time for reviewing submissions.
