Subtotal data missing from Royalty History prior to 8/31/2023 7:50:22 PM

Just doing some data trawling and notice that all my subtotals prior to 8/31/2023 7:50:22 PM are showing as $0.00 (zero) going back to my first ever sale 2012.

The royalty amount is showing ok but the subtotal isn’t

Thought I’d better report it just in case you didn’t know (or it’s just me - can anyone else check their Royalty History reports prior to 8/31/2023 and verify?)

Thanks

I checked and see the $0.00 up through 8/31/23.

@BKMuir  thanks for checking. Glad it’s just not me

Is it possible these are cancellations?

They don’t show as red once it’s all cleared etc.

mine are okay (sorry!)

this glitch seems to be affecting a few creators.

@CreativeLeahG  it’s the subtotal amounts that are missing. The royalty amount is there and green/red depending.

Go to your Royalty History - Time period drop down - search by end date range - enter 08/31/2023 as the end date and you’ll see for yourself. The column where subtotals should be filled are all showing zeros  $0.00- all of them to the beginning of time

Everything after that date is ok and working as expected - it’s everything before that date that has missing data

Yes, you’re right, the same here.

I wonder what it means?

Same here.
Two are zero.

It’s also affecting me.

I missed this before, but mine are also zeroed out from 8/31 back.

Happening for me too.

Same here.

All subtotals, from my first ever sale up to 8/31/2023, are set to $0.00.

This is happening for me too.

I finally got around to checking this & same for me. Every subtotal from 8/31/23 – earlier is gone/missing & set to $0.

Hi everyone, the same for me. Subtotals have been zeroed.

Just checked and it’s happening to me too. What do the people who are affected have in common that is different from @WHS_Designs  ? Are we all logging into the US site and WHS is logged on to another international site, perhaps?

@sm11  I’m logged into the U.S. domain.

@sm11

Well, I don’t know about that. But I am Canadian. :slightly_smiling_face:

(actually, I see that this issue is affecting more than just U.S.-based Zazzlers).
