Has anyone else ever received this notice on one of their products? We have not edited our design and it is a popular item. Would the last customer have had the ability to alter our design when purchasing it and cause this notice? Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Just guessing but could the golf club case you show in your mock-up photo be the problem? That style product is not available on Zazzle, and might confuse potential customers.

That only happens when you modify the design and it is necessarily verified. First, you must have that feature enabled. I believe it is not yet widespread for everyone, and if you have it but haven’t made any modifications or it is a glitch, very strange things are happening these days or you’ve been hacked. Under normal conditions, the client cannot cause that. I’m not sure the covers are being reviewed and nothing like this has ever happened to me. If the client had modified something and Llavinagen had rights, that is not the system; they communicate through messages. It’s strange, but as I said, many strange things are happening these days. Communicate with Z or wait for a moderator to report from here.
