The new forum has some big differences from the old one that should be catalogued in the form of stickied threads instead of having to search through forums. I just attempted to post a picture of one of my products in the test forum using the old way of copy paste BBC text. It didn’t work and another Zazzler popped in to instruct me. The method is not intuitive and somewhat hidden and pretty much everybody who routinely posted pix is going to need instructions.
For the record you go to the 3 dots for more options above the new post and choose HTML and post the HTML from the product page.
It’s easy enough. It’s just not intuitive. nd I can’t be the only person who copy pasted BBC text.
I believe the forum is ‘Tips and Tricks’ regarding ‘tutorials on how to do stuff’ as opposed to ‘asking how to do stuff’ which is the ‘How to’ forum. That’s my interpretation of the different forums.
