Summary of Concerns Relating to Zazzle Earnings that are awaiting a response

I have gathered the threads regarding various concerns reported related to earnings for the technical team’s convenience. I am hoping this compilation helps, having it in one place. Thank you for your understanding and support in working to answer and/or resolve these important issues. We know you’re super busy, however, these matters are increasingly a concern when members are reporting that their sales and referrals (income) are down.

Subtotal Data missing from earnings up to 31st August 23

Referrals are not directing users to the intended pages but instead redirecting them to landing pages.

1. Currency conversion appears to be producing inaccurate earnings data

Looks like you may have accidentally shared a link to a private discussion forum. Sharing these sorts of links an lead to confusion if a user doesn’t realize what’s happening. Would be appreciated if you could avoid this in the future.

For clarity:

There are presently  4 outstanding issues ( that I am aware of):

One ( Link removed by Scott) as noted in a private forum re GA for which the user may choose to share here so as to keep earnings issues in one place. 

( Idea: We could have a forum dedicated to earnings issues?)

Has anyone noticed with the Google Analytics that their sales reflected there do not match their sales totals?

Could it be the digital sales @CreativeLeahG ? Just wondering if it’s the same issue when our sold stats don’t change when we sell a digital?

I’m not sure. This has been noted by a couple of other Zazzler’s so far. Members with Google Analytics should review their stats ( I can’t get it on my account as of yet).

Issue re sales accumulating, not cleared for payment on 15th

Same here. The “Earnings Summary” page shows the amount of my “Current Total Balance,” yet no amount is showing under “Pending Earnings.” Is this normal?

I have bee racking my brain on this discrepancy too.

Could it be that the customer visited an item in our shop and when they checkout from Zazzle they didn’t purchase on of our items?
