Hello. I read through the forums but didn’t see mention of the issue I’m having.
I uploaded an SVG photo mask that has curved lines. It publishes fine. Zazzle has auto-converted it to a frame. But when I open the product again, (viewing the main product page as a customer would), the photo within the frame suddenly jumps upwards and the rounded smooth lines on my photo mask are then chopped off to straight edges. Each time I open the product page, it starts out normal but repeats the photo shift and the mask crop.
Here a sample of two sections where it’s occurring. The curved edges have been cropped to flat edges.
You might want to post a link to the product - it helps the tech team track down what’s happening.
It looks like the image isn’t big enough to fill the space in your svg, but I can’t tell for sure. I’m also confused how they can convert it to a frame since it’s such a unique shape.
Well anyhow, it seems like converting masks to frames is causing a bunch of different issues. You might want to post something to this thread: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/issue-with-svg-elements-and-masks/m-p/233786 - it seems like the mods are aggregating a bunch of the issues there - even ones that don’t really seem related (at least they don’t seem related to me.)
Thanks, I have it set to hidden since it’s not something I want to sell as-is. I might E-mail them. The photo is definitely larger than the SVG, which is why it’s puzzling why it’s cropping the sides and top.
