Firstly I have been here forever, well nearly 😄 But for the life off me I am having trouble taking a screenshot from my desktop (Windows 10) of a Zazzle product page to send to the Zazzle forum! The whole page is not shown only the image of the product ! Can someone please offer some easy steps forward. Cheers and thanks Jilly
The way I take a partial screenshot in Windows 10 - press windows key - shift - s all at the same time - a little hairline cross will appear - drag around then it will go to your ‘snip and sketch’ and you can just ctrl v immediately and place in a forum post

OK wow… I knew that Windows had implemented the new snip and sketch thing, but I couldn’t remember what it was called or how to access it… and it’s hard to look it up when you can’t remember what it’s called! So thank you! I was still using the old ctrl-print screen command, and pasting it into GIMP, then cropping from there. Also didn’t know that you could paste directly into the forum! You’re a veritable font of information!
@Cat 😘
Sara, once again thankyou! Easy steps to follow, and as Cat has mentioned , you have a wealth of tech knowledge!
Done! Thank you Sara ! This is one of my products I just came across that has sold and has multiple views! Embarrassed to even look at the product! Not only the washed out design ,but the bow ( short of color options ) covers the complete text!
Hi @orientcourt ,
I’m very sorry to hear that you observed an issue here. Can you provide a link to this design? We’d be happy to take a closer look for you.
Thanks,
Pádraig
Thanks Padraig , a few my favour box types have the ribbon placed over the text. https://www.zazzle.com/gold_with_text_favor_box-256260957002352333 I do however think when this product was made there was not much room for text!
The method I always use is just to hit the Print Screen key on the keyboard. Then open up your paint program (whatever it is - I use Photoshop but even Microsoft Paint should work) open a new file, right-click Paste, and voila. 😊
You’re welcome @orientcourt and thanks for providing that link and feedback. I passed this along to our team for a closer review.
Thanks again,
Pádraig
